The Deep Mid Winter

So maybe we've all had our snow fulfillment for the year, but isn't there always that magical feeling when you look out the window and the ground is covered in a pure white blanket of silence. I love the way snow muffles the sound of everything, and the light that comes into the room is so bright. There's nothing like it. It's always an enticing moment to get out the camera and enjoy your surroundings whether you live in the city or the country. I always get completely carried away with snow shots because you always think that there's an even better one round the corner. No, I don't think I'll ever grow up when it comes to snow.
